Introduction.
ImageOrganizer 1.2 / 2000-08-02
ImageOrganizer is a utility to create a thumbnail image database from an image CD. It creates a databases with 64 x 64 pixels thumbnails for the images. Currently supported image formats are: PICT, JPEG & GIF. ImageOrganizer is a shareware. The unregistered version will only index a smaller amount of images. Its important that the name of the CD is the same when building the database as when publishing it.

A hint, is to index from a diskvolume that have the same directory layout and name as the CD that is gonna get built. This both gets the names right, and speeds up the build process, as reading from CD is almost always slower than reading from disc. Y
ou can also make a thumbnail database of a directory and it's subdirectories, not only from disc volumes.
